Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), 18+. Employees of Sponsor, affiliates, and immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on September 29, 2025, and will remain open until an official end date is announced.
Sponsor will publicly announce the closing date on its official channels (Website and Instagram @rpwindowfilms) once determined.
Agreement
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
How to Enter

Online Purchase: Entries vary by product, as shown on the Website. Some products may be worth 1 entry, others 50, 100+, etc. Bonus multipliers may apply. LIMITED items double the multiplier.
NO RETURNS: All purchases for entries are final. No refunds or exchanges allowed. Fraudulent returns will result in disqualification. -
Mail-in AMOE: Hand-print name, address, phone, DOB, and email on a 3x5 card and mail to:

Each mail-in = 100 entries. Bonus multipliers apply if postmarked during bonus period.
Drawing & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing 7–14 days after the Sweepstakes end date is announced.
The winner will be announced via Instagram Live (@rpwindowfilms) and contacted by phone/text.
Prize & Delivery
Grand Prize: One (1) Nissan 370Z customized by RPFILMS (ARV: $50,000).
Delivery: Winner flown to Lodi, CA HQ for pickup. Sponsor covers round-trip economy airfare + one-night hotel. Winner receives keys and pink slip in person.
If within driving distance, winner may drive home or accept Zelle payment/shipping coverage.
General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it becomes compromised. Tampering or fraud will result in disqualification. Any attempt to damage or undermine operation may lead to prosecution.
Release & Liability
By participating, entrants release Sponsor from all claims related to participation or prize use. Entrants waive rights to punitive, consequential, or indirect damages. California Civil Code §1542 waiver applies.
Disputes
Governing Law: California.
Venue: San Joaquin County, CA courts.
Disputes resolved individually, without class actions. Damages limited to actual out-of-pocket costs.
