2. ELIGIBILITY

Giveaway #001 is open to legal residents of ALL 50 UNITED STATES, including Florida, New York, and Hawaii.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of RPFILMS are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Giveaway begins when entries open on the Sponsor’s website and ends when the maximum entry cap is reached.

  • Entry limits are displayed on the giveaway page and update continuously

  • Entry totals may fluctuate due to refunds, chargebacks, or bonus entries

  • Sponsor reserves the right to close the Giveaway immediately once the entry cap is met

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Entry (Optional)

Entries may be received by purchasing eligible merchandise at:

B. FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY (AMOE)

To enter without purchase, handwrite the following on a plain sheet of paper:

  • Full Name

  • Mailing Address

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Specify “Giveaway #001 – Nissan 370Z”

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Must be postmarked before the Giveaway closes.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a customized Nissan 370Z.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is disclosed on the giveaway page.

Prize is awarded AS-IS with no cash substitution.

6. TAXES, FEES, TRAVEL & SHIPPING — PAID BY SPONSOR

RPFILMS will pay ALL costs associated with the prize, including:

  • All federal, state, and local taxes

  • All title, registration, and documentation fees

  • All vehicle shipping or delivery costs within the continental United States

  • All reasonable travel and lodging expenses if the winner elects to travel to Lodi, California to take delivery in person

The winner will NOT be responsible for any taxes, shipping costs, travel expenses, or pickup-related fees.

Delivery method will be determined and coordinated by the Sponsor.

7. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

Winner will be selected in a random drawing within seven (7) days of the Giveaway closing.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner grants RPFILMS permission to use their name, likeness, image, and prize details for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent entries, verify eligibility, and modify or cancel the Giveaway if necessary. All decisions are final.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California.
